The prize draw is valid on orders placed between Monday 3rd December 2018 and Sunday 31st March 2019 at 23:59hrs BST. To be eligible to enter this prize draw you must sign up to reserve all four £5 silver Proof, £5 silver Proof Piedfort or £5 gold Proof coins in the collection (product codes: 2019TOLSP, 2019TOLPF, 2019TOLPF3 or 2019TOLGP) from The Royal Mint directly. Upon purchase you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Any orders placed before the opening or after the closing dates/times will not be included in the draw and no correspondence will be entered into.
One winner from each draw (silver and gold) will be selected at random from all eligible entrants by Wednesday 3rd April 2019 and notified by email. Two separate winners will be selected for each draw. One silver winner will be taken from the silver Proof and silver Proof Piedfort entrants. If an entrant is selected at random for both draws, that entrant will be deemed a winner of one draw, and an alternative second winner will be drawn for the second draw.
Once the winner has been notified, they will have 48 hours to respond to claim their prize and confirm their address for delivery. If the original winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, if the winner fails to claim their prize, or chooses not to claim it, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn. The winner may be asked to participate in any related publicity to the prize and/or asked to write a review of the prize products.
Each separate product of the prize may be despatched separately. The Royal Mint will endeavour to despatch the book, tickets, Raven and Crown Jewels BU coins and the display box in the first instance. The remaining coins will be despatched following their official launches in June and August 2019. The Tower of London entry tickets will be redeemable between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2020.
