The Royal Mint Experience Promotions

From time to time, The Royal Mint Limited (we, us and our) runs various promotions including gift, promotional and discount codes and vouchers which you can redeem against purchases of some of our products or services at The Royal Mint Experience (each a Voucher), and discounts or other deals which do not involve codes or vouchers (each a Deal). Any reference below to a Promotion includes all such Vouchers and Deals.

By using or relying on any Promotion, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions (Terms), and that you agree to comply with them.

Please note that these Terms do not apply to any deal, gift, promotional and discount codes and vouchers for products and services of:

• The Royal Mint, in other words, products and services which are not related to The Royal Mint Experience. For the applicable terms and conditions which apply in those circumstances, please click here; and

The specific terms and conditions relating to each Promotion (Specific Terms) will be advertised with the Promotion either on our website or within the Promotion marketing materials. These Terms will apply along with the Specific Terms. However, if there is a conflict or inconsistency between both, the Specific Terms will control and prevail.

When you place an order in conjunction with a Promotion, you also agree to be bound by our general terms and conditions, available here, applicable to your purchase, before and during your visit to The Royal Mint Experience.

You should read these Terms carefully, as they will form part of a legally binding contract between you and us which will govern your purchase and benefit of a Promotion.

1. Information About Us

   1. The Royal Mint Experience is operated by RM Experience Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 10953110, whose registered office is at Llantrisant, Pontyclun, Mid Glamorgan, South Wales, United Kingdom, CF72 8YT (Operator).
   2. The Operator operates The Royal Mint Experience on our behalf. We are a government owned company, registered in England and Wales under company number 06964873, with our registered office at Llantrisant, Pontyclun, CF72 8YT, United Kingdom. Our VAT registration number is GB 256 5227 96.
   3. Please note that this contract exists between you and us.

2. Promotion Conditions

   1. We reserve the right to vary, modify, withdraw or cancel a Voucher at any time.
   2. Vouchers are, and will always remain, our property.
   3. Vouchers cannot be copied, distributed, reproduced, or stored in any data retrieval system.
   4. Unless we otherwise explicitly provide in the Specific Terms, Vouchers:
      1. cannot be applied to or used in conjunction with orders already placed;
      2. must be used or applied before an order is placed;
      3. cannot be used to discount delivery charges;
      4. are only valid while stocks last;
      5. cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion;
      6. are non-transferable and non-assignable;
      7. cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit; and
      8. may be excluded from certain products and services.
   5. Unless we otherwise explicitly provide in the Specific Terms, Vouchers are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase only.
   6. Subject to any agreements with third parties, we reserve the right to withdraw a Promotion at any time, and refuse to apply the Promotion to an order, for any reason, including where:
      1. in our opinion, the Voucher is invalid for the order you have placed;
      2. there is an instance of fraud, misuse or tampering;
      3. we or you face technical errors; and
      4. circumstances beyond our control mean we cannot apply the Voucher.
   7. If you cancel a contract, any:
      1. discount or deal applied to the purchase of the qualifying item as a result of redeeming or relying on a Promotion will be subtracted from the refund you receive; and
      2. free gift, promotional item or special offer given in a Promotion associated with your purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item.
   8. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of a Promotion, or for your failure or inability to use or benefit from a Promotion.

3. General

   1. We will have no liability to you under these Terms if we are prevented from, or delayed in, performing our obligations under these Terms by anything outside our reasonable control.
   2. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
   3. Failure or delay by us in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights.
   4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force.
   5. These Terms, along with any relevant other terms and conditions on our site, represent the entire agreement between you and us.
   6. A person who is not a party to the contract between you and us shall not have any rights under it by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
   7. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time by posting revised versions on our website.
   8. We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
   9. These Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

18+ to play. UK only. One scratch card will be issued with any purchase over £40 until 9^th November or until all prizes have been won, subject to availability. Prizes must be claimed by 9^th November 2025.

Scratch Cards are only provided with the purchase of the following qualifying items when you spend £40+ in The Royal Mint Experience:

• All non-coin products
• Brilliant Uncirculated coins
• Colour Brilliant Uncirculated coins
• Silver coins and bars
• Not applicable to 886, gold, tours or Strike Your Own Coin

The following are not eligible to participate in the Promotion at any time:

1. Any person who is, at any time during the Promotion, an employee or immediate family member of an employee of The Royal Mint Ltd or associated subsidiaries, agents and advisors.
2. Any person who is, at any time during the Promotion, an employee or immediate family member of an employee of any company responsible for redemption of prizes or for supplying prizes for the Promotion.
3. Other persons assisting with this Promotion.
4. Any person entering via an agent, or using the services of an entity carrying on the business of entering prize promotions.
5. Any person using any application or process to submit an entry automatically or by proxy.

Prize List

Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you return the items from the transaction, The Royal Mint reserves the right to request the return of any prize awarded.

• The offer is available online only and valid for visits up to 31^st March 2026 and must be applied at the time of booking.
• The discount is valid on standard admission tickets only and excludes Experience Vouchers, VIP Tours, special events, group bookings and any add-on experiences.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
• All tickets are subject to availability and advance booking is required.
