Sustainability and the Board of Directors
We employ more than 900 talented people who each contribute to making us the original and authentic organisation we are today. Responsible for providing entrepreneurial leadership, this includes the Board of Directors who help ensure the continued success of the organisation. For example, working with the Chief Financial Officer, supported by the Head of Sustainability, the Audit Committee provides important oversight to ensure sustainability related risks and opportunities are appropriately considered and actioned within The Royal Mint’s wider corporate governance processes.
