Struck at The Royal Mint’s branch mint in Melbourne, which produced Sovereigns from 1872 to 1931, this Sovereign features the distinctive ‘M’ mint mark. It features Bertram Mackennal’s portrait of George V on the obverse and Benedetto Pistrucci’s iconic St George and the dragon on the reverse.
