This commemorative bronze medal year-dated 1731 celebrates the Second Treaty of Vienna. Organised by the first British Prime Minister Robert Walpole, this Second Treaty of Vienna was designed to try and keep Britain out of foreign conflict. Designed by John Croker, the reverse features a design of Neptune guiding horses while holding his trident. The obverse features a bust of George II wearing a laurel wreath.
