Graduation Schemes
As The Royal Mint continues to expand, we are always looking for new voices and the next generation of thinkers. This ensures we not only continue to grow as an organisation but also cultivate young talent for our sector and beyond.
The Programme
Our two-year graduate development programme offers individuals the chance to work in a dynamic environment, learning from specialists and experts who provide a wide range of services. If you are up for the challenge, it is a great opportunity to gain knowledge, skills and experience, build a valuable business network, and develop a passion for what you do.
What You Need
We are looking for graduates with at least a 2:1 degree who have left university within the last three years, but soft skills and the right attitude are just as important as academic knowledge. You will need to be innovative and adaptable to help our multiple teams meet the challenges we will face through The Royal Mint’s intensive transformation as an organisation.
