Team GB and ParalympicsGB 2024
Both the Olympic and Paralympic Games have long been the pinnacle of sporting competition, providing the ultimate platform for athletes and para-athletes to test their mettle against the very best.
Created by visual designer Charis Tsevis, the reverse features mosaic artwork depicting an athlete from both Team GB and ParalympicsGB, symbolising the shared goals of both teams.
Whilst we have produced coins honouring Team GB since 2012, this coin marks the first time both Team GB and ParalympicsGB have been celebrated on the same coin.
As an official collaboration between The Royal Mint and both Team GB and ParalympicsGB, every product sold provides a donation to the ParalympicsGB charity fund.
