Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Introduction

  1. The promoter of this prize draw is The Royal Mint Limited of Llantrisant, Pontyclun, United Kingdom CF72 8YT (The Royal Mint). If you have any questions about this promotion, please get in touch with us at customer.services@royalmint.com.
  2. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when they take part in the prize draw.

Eligibility

  1. The prize draw is:
    • only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older;
    • not open to employees of The Royal Mint and its group companies, or their immediate family; and
    • restricted to one entry per household.

The Prize Draw

  1. A purchase of any physical Silver Bullion bar or coin produced and sold by The Royal Mint is necessary to enter the prize draw.
  2. Prize draw entry is not conditional on consenting to marketing. Entrants will be able to opt out of the competition through a link on the RTB Bullion Page.
  3. The prize draw opens on 29th November 2024 at 00:00 hrs GMT and closes on 2nd December 2024 at 23:59 hrs GMT. Any entries received before the opening or after the closing dates/times will not be included, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. To enter this prize draw, you must purchase any physical Silver Bullion coin or bar produced and sold by The Royal Mint, opt-in to this prize draw, and have a registered customer account with The Royal Mint. An individual will be entered into the competition prize draw as many times as the units they have purchased. For example, if they buy 3 Silver Bullion items, they will have three separate entries.
  5. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants and will be notified by email. Names may also be announced on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn. Where possible, the draw will take place within 48 hours of the prize draw closing.
  6. The winner will be selected using our automated computer generator. The winner will be notified upon selection and have two weeks to respond; otherwise, a redraw will occur.

The Prize

  1. The winner will receive a one 10oz Royal Tudor Beasts Tudor Dragon Silver Bullion Coin from The Royal Mint.
  2. The prize is supplied by The Royal Mint.
  3. The Royal Mint reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The Royal Mint's control make it necessary to do so.
  4. There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any offer.

Claiming the Prize

  1. Once the winner has been notified, they will have until 23:59 hrs GMT on 16th December 2024 to respond and claim their prize. If the winner fails to claim their prize, it will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
  2. The prize will be sent to the winner by 16th December 2024, providing they respond in time.

Ownership of Entries

  1. All entries and any accompanying material submitted to The Royal Mint will become the property of The Royal Mint on receipt and will not be returned.
  2. By submitting your entry, you agree to assign all intellectual property rights to The Royal Mint and waive all moral rights.

Limitation of Liability

  1. All decisions made by The Royal Mint relating to this prize draw are final and binding.
  2. The Royal Mint will not be responsible or liable for:
    • any loss, damages, costs, or expenses arising from errors, defects, or delays in the promotion of the prize draw;
    • loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from the prize, except where caused by negligence;
    • lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed entries regardless of cause; or
    • automatically generated, third-party, or incomplete entries.

General

  1. The Royal Mint reserves the right to exclude entrants or amend the prize draw where necessary.
  2. Personal data will only be processed as outlined in The Royal Mint’s Privacy Policy.
  3. This prize draw is governed by English and Welsh law.
