First issued by the People’s Republic of China in 1982, the 30g Chinese Silver Panda is produced by several mints across China.
Uniquely, the Chinese Panda is one of the only bullion coins to change its reverse design with each annual release, usually depicting a panda, multiple pandas, or panda cubs. The obverse design depicts the ‘Temple of Heaven’, a complex of religious buildings constructed in the early 15th century during the reign of the Yongle Emperor.
Key Points:
- 30 grams of 999 fine silver.
- Individually packaged in a single coin capsule.
Please note, these coins are not exempt from Capital Gains Tax.
