I already own a coin in one of my albums, but it’s showing as missing. Why?

If you didn’t purchase the coin directly from The Royal Mint, it won’t automatically appear in your album. To add it manually, click the three dots in the bottom-right corner of the coin space and select “Add to my collection”.
