The Royal Mint Experience Wins TripAdvisor Award for Sixth Consecutive Year

28th July 2025: The Royal Mint Experience has once again claimed TripAdvisor's prestigious Travellers' Choice Award, marking an impressive sixth consecutive year of recognition and cementing its position amongst the top 10% of attractions worldwide.

Located in Llantrisant, South Wales, the unique visitor attraction continues to captivate thousands of guests annually with its extraordinary behind the scenes glimpse into coin making. The latest accolade reflects the consistently outstanding feedback from visitors, with over 1,450 "excellent" reviews praising the attraction's blend of craftsmanship, history, and interactive experiences.

The Royal Mint Experience offers visitors an interactive journey through 1,100 years of history, the opportunity to strike their own UK coin, and displays of some of the rarest coins ever produced - including the legendary 1933 penny.
