Competition Terms and Conditions

Facebook Competition-Win afternoon tea and a tour for 4!

The promoters of the competition are The Royal Mint Limited and The Royal Mint Experience Limited (“the Promoters”), both of Llantrisant, Pontyclun, CF72 8YT, United Kingdom. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
To be eligible for the competition, participants must have an active Facebook account. The winner will receive 4 tickets for The Royal Mint Experience tour + Afternoon tea for 4.  Transport to and from The Royal Mint Experience is not part of the prize. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any offer.

The competition opens on Monday 12th August at 9am and closes Friday 16th at 3pm Any entries received before the opening or after the closing date/time will not be included and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (except employees of The Royal Mint Limited and any of its group companies). You must be 16 years of age or older to enter the competition. Only one entry per person in respect of the competition will be accepted. All entries will be checked and verified by The Royal Mint Experience. Any ineligible (or duplicate) entries will be disqualified and no correspondence will be entered into. Use of a false name or details will result in disqualification.
Where possible the draw will take place within 48 hours of the competition closing and the winner will be announced on The Royal Mint Experience Facebook page within 48 hours of the draw taking place. Once the winner has been notified, they will have 48 hours to respond to claim their prize. If the winner fails to claim their prize, it will be forfeited and a new winner drawn. The winner may be asked to participate in any related publicity and/or asked to write a review of The Royal Mint Experience.
The Promoters do not accept liability for any incomplete, lost, stolen or damaged entries. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them when they have entered the competition. All decisions made by the Promoters relating to this promotion are final and binding.

Under no circumstances will the Promoters be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the competition or acceptance of the prize.
The Promoters will not be responsible, unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses which may arise in connection with this competition and the Promoters can cancel or alter the competition at any stage.
The information submitted in the competition entry are for the following purposes: to enter the promotion / so that we can contact you should your entry be successful / contact you regarding any publicity requests / so that we may reach you via social media platforms / and as a method of contact for any related or future promotions.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in The Royal Mint Limited’s Privacy Policy
