Terms & Conditions - Partnered Auctions with The Royal Mint
By entering into a consignment agreement with us you are providing permission to us in consigning your Product(s) into a Sole (TRM) or Partnered Auction (TRM & another Auction House) of our choosing.
Over recent years The Royal Mint are proud to have partnered with a number of Auction Houses to showcase a mix of modern and ancient, British and International, rarities. By working collaboratively, we are creating something new and exciting for coin collectors, maximising reach and engagement, and helping to drive more interest and competition for the fantastic lots we have selected from our consignors.
By counter-signing the letter agreement, you agree:
- to consign your Product(s) at the Joint Auction, on the terms set out above (including in respect of the nominated partners’ consignment terms);
- that the terms of our Agreement continue to apply between us, save as set out above in respect of the Partnered Auction;
- that this letter agreement and all disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales; and
- that each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this letter agreement or its subject matter or formation.
We want you to be assured that whilst your Product(s) is/are in our possession, or that of our nominated Partner, including transportation, they will be fully insured against their agreed value.
