Welcome to our Mystery Week Quiz and Prize Draw! Following the release of the commemorative £2 coin celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Agatha Christie’s murder mysteries, we will be giving away an exciting prize each day until Friday 18 September.
Each new question will appear on this page at 9am every day, so make sure you keep checking back. Winners will be picked at random from those who answer correctly. Good luck!

The promoter of this competition is The Royal Mint Limited of Llantrisant, Pontyclun, United Kingdom CF72 8YT (“The Royal Mint”). Any promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform used by The Royal Mint as part of the promotion.
Five daily competitions will run from 14 September 2020 until 18 September 2020. Each competition opens at 09:00hrs and closes at 23:59hrs BST each day. Any entries received before the opening or after the closing dates/times will not be included and no correspondence will be entered into.
There will be a different competition prize available each day and one winner will be selected per day from all eligible entrants who have correctly answered each question and will be notified by email. Names may also be announced on Facebook. Where possible the draw will take place within 48 hours of each competition closing.
The daily winners will receive one of following corresponding prizes:

Tuesday 15 September: One Agatha Christie ‘Murder on The Orient Express’ Special Edition Hardback Book, one Agatha Christie ‘The A.B.C. Murders’ Special Edition Hardback Book, one Agatha Christie ‘4.50 from Paddington’ Special Edition Hardback Book and one Agatha Christie ‘The Mystery of the Blue Train’ Special Edition Hardback Book.
Wednesday 16 September: One Agatha Christie 2020 UK £2 Silver Proof Commemorative Coin.
Thursday 17 September: One Agatha Christie ‘Death on the Nile’ 2020 Special Edition Hardback Book. Please note that the Agatha Christie ‘Death on the Nile’ 2020 Special Edition Hardback Book is not released until 1 October 2020, so this prize will be dispatched after this time.
Friday 18 September: One Agatha Christie 2020 UK £2 Silver Proof Commemorative Coin.
Winners will be selected using an online independent True Random Number Generator.
Once the winner has been notified, they will have 48 hours after each daily competition closes at 23:59hrs BST to respond to claim their prize and confirm their address for delivery. If the winner fails to claim their prize, or chooses not to claim it, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn. The winner may be asked to participate in any related publicity to the prize and/or asked to write a review of the prize.

The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom. You must be 16 years of age or older to be entered into the competition. Only one entry per household in respect of the competition will be accepted. There is no purchase necessary to enter the competition.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any offer. The prize will be sent to the winner by 31 October 2020.
The prizes are supplied by The Royal Mint and Agatha Christie Limited. The Royal Mint reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The Royal Mint's control makes it necessary to do so.
This competition is not open to employees of The Royal Mint or their immediate family. Competition entry is not conditional to consenting to marketing.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when they are entered into the competition. All decisions made by The Royal Mint relating to this competition are final and binding.
