Studio Programme Manager

£35.5k plus excellent benefits

The Role:

As the Studio Programme Manager you will ensure that all projects managed by the Creative Services studio are resourced, scheduled and delivered on-time and within budget.

This is a pivotal team and client-facing role bridging the creative and production teams and acting as the ‘front of house’ for the team.

Main responsibilities in this role include:

  • Ensure all accepted briefs are allocated job numbers, standard timings and scheduled into the Masterplan.
  • Arrange all relevant process meetings; Kick-offs, Amends etc.
  • Manage the Editorial and Picture Desk Team meetings including agendas and minutes as required.
  • Manage the supply of all external resource for the studio.
  • Ensure all creative processes are up to date and support their adherence.
  • Daily management of over 50 internal customers, 16 team staff and 20 freelancers
  • Monitor and record all performance measures including OTIF and RFT.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

  • You will demonstrable experience of delivering creative projects within a busy studio environment.
  • You will have a graduate qualification in either Graphics, Photography, Writing or Events or any similar creative-based degree that can be applied to a multi-disciplinary studio.
  • You will also have a good understanding of copywriting, events and photography creative and production processes, with knowledge of a wide range of print processes.
  • You will be experienced in building strong internal /external customer and agency management.
  • You will have experience of budget management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics or a similar system is desirable.
