The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join us! You will support the business to achieve objectives and targets. You will act as the first point of contact for all inbound calls to the Royal Mint Customer Services team.

Main responsibilities in this role include:

  • Provide a world class customer service to every Royal Mint customer including providing customer feedback with a view to minimising complaints, improving our service and maximising sales.
  • Process inbound telephone calls relating to orders, payments, enquires and complaints.
  • Manage customer relationships through various channels such as live chat, social media etc.
  • To ensure all departmental processes and procedures are adhered to and regularly review to ensure these are reflective of practice.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

  • You must have exceptional customer service skills and experience is essential and must be demonstrated on your application.
  • You will also enjoy establishing customer needs and delivering the best solution for the customer.

Please note that this role will involve weekend and evening work.
