What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten the password for your Royal Mint account simply click the 'forgot password' link on the  login page. You will be required to enter the e-mail address set up on your account to verify your identity and then we will e-mail you a link to set a new password on your account.

If you do not have access to the e-mail account associated with your account, please contact customer services.
