If you have a problem with your product you can return it to us within 30 days and we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund. Please send the product to the following address:

Please ensure that you include your name, address and customer code along with a short description of the problem. If you would like to contact someone regarding the return of an item you can email us using our enquiry form or call us on 0845 60 88 222.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order providing the order has not yet been despatched from the Royal Mint. Please send us an e-mail using our enquiry form, stating your name, address, customer code the order was placed under (if known) and exactly what items you wish to cancel.
Please note: If the order has already been despatched you will need to follow our returns instructions.
