My Account Guide

The Royal Mint is committed to making your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. In this section we have summarised all of the information you should need to use the 'My Account' area of the website.

'My account' explained

When you register on the Royal Mint website, your information is stored in 'My Account'. In this section you are able to amend personal details, change your password and select your communication preference. You can also check the status of an order, view your latest statement and make a payment.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten the password for your Royal Mint account simply click the 'forgot password' link on the 'My Account' sign in page. You will be required to enter the email address set up on your account to verify your identity. Your password will then be sent to you by email.

Updating personal details

Sign in to 'Your Account' and click on the 'View/update personal details link'. You will then be able to amend your postal address, email address, telephone numbers and password. You must click on the update details button at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
