Do I pay VAT on silver bullion coins or bars?

Silver bullion coins and silver bullion bars are subject to standard VAT, currently 20.0%. Digital silver is also liable to VAT at the standard rate. For dispatch to countries outside of the EU, VAT will not be charged. These packages may, however, be assessed for import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the particular countries.
