Coins in the Classroom: An Educational Resource from the Royal Mint
A new free pack of 9 demanding activities aimed at Key Stage 2 students has been created by the Royal Mint. The activities use coin design, the history of coinage and coins from around the world to bring the curriculum to life and help children to view the world around them in new and interesting ways.
The challenges meet Key Stage 2 requirements for Science, Maths, English, Literacy, History, Citizenship, Geography, Art, Design and Technology, and are suitable for year 4 pupils.
