The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires each public authority to produce a publication scheme. This sets out what information it will publish or intends to publish, how the information will be published and whether the information will be made available free of charge or on payment. The purpose of the Royal Mint's publication scheme is to inform the public and others about the work of the Mint.
