Since appearing on gold bullion coins twenty years ago, Britannia has enjoyed world renown for both quality and beauty and has been depicted in several poses. Now, in 2007, a new Britannia joins a classic tradition.

A powerful new interpretation
Christopher Le Brun's new design remains faithful to the character of Britannia, giving her a more contemporary air yet still associating her with symbols of Britain.

As you would expect, the obverse of each coin bears the acclaimed portrait of the Queen by Ian Rank-Broadley, FRBS.
